1. Agreement to Terms

By using GradeReady, provided by Zap2 Holdings LLC, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and the Standard Apple Licensed Application EULA.

2. Manual Tool Disclaimer

GradeReady is a manual visual aid. All alignments and assessments are user-directed. You acknowledge that camera lens distortion, lighting, and angles may affect digital overlays. Zap2 Holdings LLC is not responsible for hardware-induced discrepancies.

3. Explicit Disclaimers

No Certification: App outputs are not official grades or guarantees of condition.
No Authentication: The App does not detect counterfeits, trimmed edges, or alterations.
No Financial Guarantee: Results may not align with PSA, BGS, SGC, or CGC. Zap2 Holdings LLC is not liable for financial losses or bad purchases.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require GradeReady Pro.

Billing: For Apple users, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Renewal is charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage/cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store Account Settings.
Refunds: Handled exclusively by Apple or Google subject to their respective policies.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://zap2holdings.github.io/GradeReady/privacy.html. AdMob tracking for non-Pro users is subject to your ATT consent.

6. Third-Party Advertisements

Non-Pro users will see ads via Google AdMob. Zap2 Holdings LLC does not endorse third-party claims or products. Liability for losses from third-party links is expressly disclaimed.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAP2 HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF APP OVERLAYS, MEASUREMENTS, OR RELIANCE ON VISUAL OUTPUTS.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Zap2 Holdings LLC.
