1. Introduction

Zap2 Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how GradeReady (the "App") handles data. GradeReady is a "Privacy-First" tool; we do not maintain user accounts (no name or email registration required), and we do not store or upload your images to any server.

2. Local Processing (No Image Collection)

The App requires access to your Camera and Photo Library to function. All image analysis, card grading logic, and overlay alignments occur 100% locally on your device. Your photos are never transmitted to our servers or any third parties. Zap2 Holdings LLC has no access to the trading cards you analyze or the images in your gallery.

3. Data Collection & Third-Party Services

To provide subscription features and support the free version of the App, we use the following third-party SDKs which collect specific data points:

• RevenueCat: Used to manage "Pro" subscriptions. RevenueCat collects Purchase History and an anonymous App User ID to unlock premium features across your devices.
• Google AdMob: For users of the free version, AdMob collects Device Identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) and Approximate Location (IP-based) to serve relevant advertisements, prevent fraud, and provide analytics.
• Service Analytics: We receive anonymous Crash Logs and Diagnostics through Google Play Services and Apple App Store Connect to ensure App stability and fix technical bugs.

4. Your Choices & Data Rights

Because GradeReady does not use personal accounts, data is primarily tied to anonymous device identifiers.

• Advertising Tracking: You can opt-out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID via your Android or iOS system settings.
• Local Data: All local App settings can be cleared by uninstalling the App.
• Data Requests: To request the deletion of any anonymous purchase records held by our service providers, please contact support with your anonymous App User ID (found in App settings).

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

GradeReady is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with data, we will delete it immediately.

7. Policy Changes & Lifetime Terms

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices. "Lifetime" access refers to the operational lifespan of the GradeReady App as maintained by Zap2 Holdings LLC.
